I hereby apply for membership of the 63 Car Club (Elgin) Ltd and agree to be bound by the requirements of the Memorandum and Articles of the Company, of which Clause V reads – “Every member of the Club undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Club, in the event of the same being wound up while he/she is a member, or within one year after he/she ceases to be a member, and of the costs, charges and expenses of winding up and for the adjustments of the rights of contributories among themselves, such amount as may be required not exceeding seventy five new pence’ and of the Companies Act 1948 to 1967”.
