He thanks you all for the time you gave up, travelling to the event and standing out in the changing conditions. Without you there would be no Rally!

John Wink & John Forrest netted their first challenger category win at the McDonald & Munro Speyside Stages.

The success didn't end there as the pair also won Class 10 and finished a very respectable 13th overall. The club is grateful to both John's who both supported a stage on the event.

Back to winning ways!
The McDonald & Munro Speyside Stages saw Club members Scott Macbeth & Daniel Forsyth take 25th overall and 1st in Class 3. They had a hard fight against Angus Lawrie, Marty Gallagher, Thomas Gray, Steven Smith, Keith Riddick & Scott Beattie this really is one of the most competitive classes the SRC has seen in years.

Macbeth was taking part on his second event in the C2R2 and first Gravel outing. It was a great reward for them to win after swapping the EVO that he had previously campaigned but a run of non finishes meant it was time for a switch.

You can see the pair head through SS8 here m.youtube.com/watch?feature=share&v=yKuic5ar4A8

Next up is the Scottish Rally will they can compete against an array of R2 machines!
